GATED ASSETS

​​I worked alongside a web development team to create a content resource hub at Skimmer. We improved the website UX, increased conversions, and better educated our prospects for sales by unifying all the content into one, easy-to-navigate home. to Find it here.

See below an example of a MOFU eBook offer I wrote during my time at Skilljar. I collaborated with a graphic designer on the PDF design. 

 

You will also find a snippet of the 2022 Customer Education Benchmarks & Trends Report. This data-driven customer report was a months-long, cross-functional effort that I project-managed and served as the content lead on at Skilljar. The report's findings served to provide our customers with industry standards, and to elevate Skilljar as a thought leader in the customer education space. Access the complete report here. 

 

In addition to the report, I collaborated with the rest of the Demand Generation team on the launch plan.

See below an example of a TOFU eBook offer I created to support SkuVault's 3PL GTM feature launch and a step-by-step onboarding guide for their FastTrack onboarding program, used to accelerate new client onboarding and retention rate. â€‹

I wrote each of these guides and collaborated with a design agency on the graphic design. 

BLOGGING

At Skimmer, Skilljar, and Linnworks (formerly SkuVault), I served as the editor-in-chief for the company's respective blogs, creating content briefs, writing, editing, and proofreading. 

​

In addition to writing blogs and other long-form content myself, I closely collaborated with an SEO consultant and managed a small team of freelance writers to help me create the blog content at Skimmer and Linnworks. 

​

During my time at Skimmer, our SEO-focused blog strategy and on-site improvements boosted their core set of software keyword terms to the top three search rankings and consistently increased traffic to the site MoM and increasing YOY organic web traffic by 35% before my departure. 

​

SALES ENABLEMENT

I have written and project managed the creation of sales enablement materials, including one-pagers and pitch decks, alongside marketing, product and sales team leadership. See examples below.

Product & Feature Launches

At each company, I have collaborated with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to support GTM product and feature launches, acting as a content lead to deploy new messaging and collateral for campaigns.

​

Most recently at Skimmer, I worked closely with both teams to craft website updates to their invoicing and payments tool, Skimmer Billing. The campaign also included blog posts, promotional videos, sales enablement one-pagers, paid search ads, organic social media, and  email campaigns.  

​

 I had the privilege of interviewing customers and writing about their success stories during my time at Linnworks (formerly SkuVault). This was not only a great way to showcase customer success, but was also an opportunity to take customer feedback and apply it to our marketing message in a variety of content formats.
